Who this is for:
- Professionals with 0–7 years of experience looking to break into or advance within venture capital, biz ops, or strategy roles.
- Professionals looking to sharpen their behavioral interview skills across any industry.
What a session looks like:
- Before we meet, you’ll receive a set of standard or custom prep questions based on what you’re targeting. You’ll draft answers and send them back for my review ahead of time.
- We’ll spend roughly 45 minutes in a live mock interview — running through your prepped questions alongside new behavioral and case-style prompts. Depending on your preference, we can workshop answers together or I can deliver feedback in real time as we go.
- After the session, you’ll receive a written debrief covering your strengths, areas for development, and specific language recommendations.
